Now, before you get too excited I think this is US only. But there are details of an Autotask offer to SBSC Partners which I believe is quite interesting and after David Salzberg of Autotask came to our SBS Group meeting, I understand this might arrive in the UK sometime as well.

The Autotask SMB Edition offer is good in the UK as well. SBSC partners qualify to get the new template at no additional cost. We’ve already had several new UK Autotask customers request this database template.
The SMB Edition includes pre-loaded workflow rules, project templates, service ticket templates, intelligent hyperlinks and sample agreements designed to get users up and running faster. These best practices were developed by Microsoft SBSC partners.
